A guide to explore hidden features of Gmail

Gmail is the most poplar e-mail service offering a host of features, and some of which are still not known to most people. Let's find them out.

You can recall your emails after hit the send button. You can recall within 10, 20, or 30 seconds from senfing: Settings > See all settings > Undo Send.

Customize Undo Send time

A template can save a lot of time for those who frequently needs to send emails. To do so, go to Settings > Advanced > Tick Templates checkbox

You can organise and categorise your Gmail messages to quickly find and sort a particular type of mail.

Set Labels

Gmail doesn't show the message preview by default but users can opt the feature from  Settings > Reading Pane.
