If you don’t have access to DTH services, but don’t want to miss out, you can still stream these shows live online for free on your mobile phone or internet-connected smart TV.

How to watch Ramayan, Mahabharat, Shri Krishna Online?
Here is what you need to stream these shows online on your mobile phone or your TV.
1. NewsonAir (Mobile phone)
You can download the official NewsonAir app for Android and iOS phones to watch Ramayan, Mahabharat, Shri Krishna, and other DD Network shows.
This is the official app of Doordarshan Prasar Bharti and by clicking on the TV icon at the top, you can access all live streams from the network.
2. YouTube (Mobile Phone and TV)
DD Bharti also streams these shows live on YouTube. Most of the direct streaming links for DD channels are unlisted and won’t show up with a direct Youtube search. We have listed these below just so you can directly access them.

It is easier to find YouTube live streams for individual DD channels using the NewsonAir App. You can also directly cast to Built-in Chromecast, Fire Tv or other dongles.
Open the respective live stream on the NewsonAir app. Now tap on ‘Youtube’ to open the stream via the Youtube app and then tap on the cast icon.

3. Zee5 [Mobile Phone and TV]
Zee5 app lets you stream and cast DD National and few other DD channels for free. DD National is listed under free channels and you need not subscribe to any paid plan to watch it.
Navigating to DD National on the mobile app can ve tad tricky though. Just go to TV guide under left hamburger menu and navigate to DD National. You can then tap on the current playing show. You may also cast the show directly to your Android TV.
On the TV app, simply tap on “all channels” from the top menu and navigate to DD National.
4. Airtel Xtreme [Mobile Phone and TV]
Airtel Xtreme also airs DD national and other Doordarshan channels live. And if you have Airtel Xtreme Stick or set-top box, you can also access these on your TV.
The service works only for Airtel customers.
5. Jio TV [Phone]
Reliance Jio subscribers can also watch Ramayan and Mahabharat on DD National and DD Bharti. If you have Reliance Jio SIM card on your phone, you can download JioTV app and stream the channels live.
