Vivo X80 series made its debut in China in April 2022 followed by the launch of the series in India in May. The series is comprised of two smartphones including Vivo X80 Pro and the Vivo X80 vanilla variant.

Now, it is in the air that the company is also planning to launch the Vivo X80 Pro Plus in China and India too. Reports suggest that the smartphone will be most probably launched globally by the month of October.

But now, the latest rumours contradict the above reports as it is being said that the smartphone will be launching as soon as next month. The smartphone is said to get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor along with high capacity RAM and a decent amount of storage.

There are no details available regarding the smartphone’s design. However, we have an apt amount of information regarding the specifications and features of the smartphone.

Vivo X80 Pro+ specifications and features

According to the reports, Vivo is all set to drop a new X series smartphone in the country by September. Possibilities are that the smartphone will carry the moniker Vivo X80 Pro Plus and it is going to be the third phone in the series.

The smartphone is said to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor that is based on the 4nm process. Expectations are that the smartphone will ship with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The device may rock a 6.8-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate for an enhanced viewing experience.

Furthermore, speculations are that the smartphone will feature Zeiss-tuned sensors and gimbal-inspired stabilization. We can also get to see a quad rear camera setup in the smartphone. The handset could also flaunt a 50MP Samsung JN1 shooter, 48MP Sony IMX598 shooter, 50MP primary shooter, and a 50MP Samsung JN2 shooter.

It is also expected to have a 120W fast charging capacity. Until now, there is only a limited amount of information available regarding the Vivo X80 Pro Plus. We are expecting to know more about the device as soon as the launch is inches closer.
