Vivo V20 (2021) edition gets Chipset upgrade; launched in India at Rs. 24990

Vivo V20 2021 has arrived a week in advance of the very first dawn of the new year. Two months after the launch of the original Vivo V20, Vivo has launched its V20 (2021) edition in India. The thing that separates these two phones is the chipset used. The Vivo V20 (2021) is powered by Snapdragon 730G compared to Snapdragon 720G on the predecessor.

Vivo V20 (2021) price in India and availability

Vivo V20 (2021) 8+128GB variant will retail at Rs. 24,990 in India. The new phone comes in Midnight Jazz and Sunset Melody colour options. Customers will be able to buy V20 (2021) via Amazon.in, Vivo’s e-store and offline partner stores from December 24 onwards.

Vivo V20 (2021) Features

The Vivo V20 (2021) offers a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a dewdrop notch featuring a 44MP camera for selfies and videos (up to 4K@30fps).

At the rear side, Vivo once again aligned a triple-cam setup including a 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP depth lens for portraits. Rear setup can also do 4K@30 fps videos.

Vivo once trusts an under-display fingerprint reader and face unlock for securing its device. The phone comes running on Android 11 based FunTouch 11 software. Driven by the Snapdragon 730G processor and Adreno 618 GPU, Vivo V20 (2021) comes with 8GB RAM, 128 GB ROM and a 4000mAh battery. The box bundles a 33W charger.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, USB-C, 3.5mm jack, and dedicated memory card expansion.
