Vivo Nex S with Pop-up camera and SD 845 India Launch on July 19

Vivo’s state of the art phones, the Nex A, and Nex S could be launched in India on July 19 for which it has started rolling out the invite. Both the phones were announced in China earlier in the month of June. One of the key talking points of both these devices is their staggering 91.2% screen-to-body ratio to offer more screen real estate to its users.

To make the Nex S and Nex A go complete bezel and notch less, the Chinese OEM has adopted a motorized mechanism to place selfie camera on the top edge and sensors underneath the display.

Vivo Nex S and Nex A Features

To recall, the Vivo Nex S and Nex A sport a 6.59-inch 19.3:9 aspect ratio FHD+ AMOLED display. While the Nex S has an in-display fingerprint sensor and powered by SD 845, the Nex A is going to be the first Snapdragon 710 SoC phone in India and rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

For photography, both phones feature a 12-megapixel primary sensor combined with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor on the rear. Whereas their front camera is an 8-megapixel shooter with AI scene detection.

The Nex S and Nex A both come running on Android Oreo-based Funtouch OS and pack 4000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charger bundled inside the retail box. The connectivity options are same again.

Vivo Nex S and Nex A Price and Availability

The Vivo Nex S price starts in China is starts from CNY 4498 (roughly Rs. 47,377) for its 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and CNY 4998 (roughly Rs. 52,644) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model.

The Vivo Nex A, on the other hand, is cheaper in comparison and comes in only one configuration – 6GB/ 128GB. It has been priced at CNY 3898 or Roughly Rs. 42,111.
