Two Is Better Than One? LG X Cam And LG X Screen Announced

Ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2016, LG has announced it new X series with two new smartphones – X Cam and X screen. The X Cam features dual camera setup while the X screen sports dual screens (Like LG V10).

With the two handset, LG wishes to bring down its innovations to a more affordable price, where more buyers are likely to taste and appreciate them.

According to LG, these devices “are designed for customers who do not want or need all the bells and whistles that come with today’s high-end phones but still desire a great camera or advanced display.”

At the heart of X cam enthralls a 1.14-GHz octa-core chipset which is covered by a 5.2-inch full HD display. In terms of memory it comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. For photography enthusiasts it sports 13MP and 5MP together in a camera assembly at the rear end and an 8MP selfie snapper at the front. LG X Cam comes bundled with a 2,520mAh battery and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The LG X cam will come in Titan Silver, White, Gold and Pink Gold colors.

The other x series smartphone X screen flaunts dual display where 4.93-inch HD main display and 1.76-inch secondary display. Like X Cam, it too comes with similar memory configuration of 2GB RAM and 16ROM. The optics needs are taken care off by a combo of 13MP rear and 8MP front camera. It meets all power requirements from 2,300mAh battery and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The LG X screen will be offered in Black, White and Pink Gold colors.
