TECNO, a Hong Kong-based smartphone company has brought its budget contender called CAMON iSKY 3 in India. The budget phone which runs on Android Pie has been placed under the 9k segment. While photography is an Achilles heel of most low-tier budget phones, Tecno highlights the camera prowess as the USP of iSky 3.

TECNO CAMON iSKY 3 Highlights
Camon iSKY 3 has a 6.2-inch Notch display (19:9 aspect ratio) with an 8MP selfie shooter housed in the cutout atop. This camera is equipped with f/2.0 aperture 78-degree wide angle and front flash. Trailing the trends, this camera has AI capabilities like 6-level AI beauty mode that scans up to 228 facial points optimized for selfies.
This front camera facilitates face unlock too. Or you could use the traditional fingerprint sensor and use the Android 9.0 Pie based HiOS software. AI integration and nifty utilities such as smart panel, adaptive battery, and activity-based UI, Digital Wellbeing, etc could provide a feature-rich experience. Additionally, more features like a bike mode, one-step data switch between SIMs, etc would be enabled in future OTAs.
Flipping to the back, you get a primary 13MP (f/1.8 aperture) coupled with a 2MP depth sensor. Tecno has baked in 4x digital zoom as well.
Under the hood, you get a 2.0GHz 64Bit QuadCore processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM storage which is expandable up to 256GB. This is paired with the fuel from a 3500mAh battery.

The company has sprinkled AI to enhance the battery and performance of the phone. Camon iSKY 3 is a dual SIM smartphone with a dedicated microSD card slot and you could use 4G VoLTE in both the SIM cards simultaneously.

Camon iSKY 3 is available in 4 colors: Midnight black, Aqua blue, Champagne Gold, Nebula black. TECNO has priced its new phone at INR. 8599.
