Synology Lists Its DiskStation NAS devices on Flipkart

Synology’s NAS server-based storage DiskStation devices will now be available in India on Flipkart. A total of seven products will be available for purchase on the e-commerce website ranging between INR 16,990 (DS220J) and INR 73,924 (DS1520+) and Synology is also offering an introductory discount of up to 46 percent.

Synology DiskStation: What You Should Know

Synology DiskStation is a convenient medium for storing all kinds of data from a smartphone or PC on your own cloud server. Moreover, users can access, manage, secure, share, and sync their data remotely without being physically near the device. Unlike Google and other cloud storage services, DiskStation setup doesn’t ask for an annual subscription.

Based on Network Attached Storage (NAS) technology, Synology DiskStation requires an easy installation process and can be effortlessly configured by non-geeks as well. The manufacturer offers more than 100 featured apps on Synology Package Center that including options for cloud sharing, album management, webcam control, VPN connectivity, media center, and virus protection.
