Sony Joins The Relay To Release Lollipop Update

MWC 2015 has been a remarkable showcase of new tech innovations and latest smart device releases. This event being held at Barcelona is proving to be a wave of transition in the tech world. And post that event, Sony had officially confirmed its device Sony Xperia M4 Aqua. And the news from the platform provider, Android has been lately made by latest build release called as Android Lollipop. Sony has entered the list, a little late though, but still the race is on.

Just yesterday the Xperia Z3, the company’s current flagship, and the Z3 Compact started receiving the update to Android 5.0.2 in Northern Europe. Hot on the heels of that is news that the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Xperia Z2 Tablet, and the Xperia Z2 handset are also getting a lick of the Lollipop. Sony has yet to commit to other devices in its portfolio getting Lollipop. So, if you are rocking an Xperia E3, M2, M2 Aqua, C3, T3, or T2 Ultra then your wait will go on.

Sony might be late, but not the last yet. There is always time for recovery once the update starts rolling out all around the globe.
