The on-the-fly recorder is christened ICD-UX570F.

Sony ICD-UX570F Digital Voice Recorder features
This is a compact recorder coming at a size of 102.8 mm × 36.6 mm × 12.2 mm and weighs just 48 grams. It claims to record for 20 hours on a single charge. When it’s dead, top it up with a 3-minute quick charge for a 1 hour of recording.
It is equipped with a high sensitivity S-microphone that can record in MP3/LPCM formats. It lets you skip small parts or even long stretches and listen to what’s really important for you.

There is an option to Auto Music Recording which will tune to different music frequencies for a quality output. It vaunts to be adept in minimizing background noise and audio loss.
The voice memos can be stored up to 4GB of internal storage. If you want to go overboard, insert a microSDHC or microSDXC card for extra space. Even the built-in USB should come handy while transferring files to your PC.
Sony ICD-UX570F Price and Availability
The Sony ICD-UX570F will soon retail across Sony exclusive stores and e-commerce partners. That said, the brand hasn’t revealed the price and availability at the moment.
