Samsung’s One UI 4.0 Beta Update is Now Available for Download: Read on to know-how

Samsung rolled out its first One UI 4.0 beta program three weeks ago which faced some issues and needed improvements. Now, the company has started rolling out the second Android 12 based One UI 4.0 beta update for its Galaxy S21 series smartphones.

The company claims that the new version is improved and has undergone several fixes that were needed. Samsung has improved the input accuracy for the keyboard. The update has a build version ZUJ1 and should be available for download to users who had opted for the first beta program in China, Germany, India, Poland, South Korea, the US, and the UK. Consumers having Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, or S21 Ultra will be able to download the update starting today.

One UI 4.0 New Features

RAM Plus is a new feature that adds up to 4GB of virtual RAM to your smartphone. This feature is also expected to be extended to other Samsung phones in due time. One UI 4.0 also has a new color theme that generates from the wallpaper you have set.

One other feature of the UI allows you to set the microphone mode for video calls. One mode boosts your voice to help it stand out in a noisy environment. A security fix resolves an issue that occurred with the Secure Folder of UI 4.0.

One UI 4.0 How to check its Availability

You might get a notification for the new update of the UI if you had signed up as a beta tester earlier. If you don’t, then you can check for it and download the update from the Settings>>Software Update Menu. Just make sure to back up your phone’s data if you are using this beta program on your primary phone.
