Samsung’s Galaxy C9 Pro Set To Hit The Indian Market On 18th January

South Korean smartphone maker Samsung is all set to unveil its much-awaited phone, the Galaxy C9 Pro, in the country reportedly at a product launch event next week (18th January, to be precise). The phone was first made available in China last year and is now being brought out globally.

The phone boasts of being Samsung’s first to feature 6GB of RAM and is expected to be priced in the same range as it is currently available for in China (around Rs. 31,000).

Coming to the specifications, the Galaxy C9 Pro reportedly runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and is powered by a 1.95 GHz Snapdragon 653 octa-core Processor along with an Adreno 510 GPU.

Featuring a 6-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, the phone offers 64GB of in-built storage space and packs a powerful 4,000mAh battery along with Quick Charging facility.

The Galaxy C9 Pro features a 16MP primary camera having a CMOS sensor and f/1.9 aperture. On the front, there’s again a 16MP camera having the same aperture as the one on the back.galaxy-c9-pro

Apart from that, the C9 Pro has a metal unibody design and has a fingerprint sensor seemingly hidden in its home button. Along with that, the phone is replete with several features, such as S Power Planning, Ultra Data Saving as well as Smart Connect.

Samsung is launching the C9 Pro in several other Asian countries apart from India, including Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Malaysia.
