Samsung has finally announced its ‘Practical’ 2017 A-series handsets for global markets. Apart from an improved design, the 2017 A series phones include IP68 water resistance, Samsung’s Always On display, and finally make the switch to the USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.

Like always, Samsung is using Metal and Glass construction for its latest A series phones. The glass layered on top of high contrast AMOLED screens is a ‘3D glass’ that tapers from all four sides, thus lending it an elegant feel very noticeable to your fingers. The rear glass is also curved in the flagship S Series fashion. Another notable change is the speaker placement on the right  side-edge.

We integrated our unique approach to design as well as the features Galaxy customers have come to love to provide added performance without compromising on style.”
