Samsung introduces credit card with 10% cashback on purchases

If you are a Samsung enthusiast, this particular news story will surely warm your hearts. Apparently, Samsung has partnered with Axis Bank to offer up to 10% cashback on every purchase you make using its dedicated Samsung Axis Bank Credit Card. Yep, you heard it right, Samsung is launching two tiers of credit cards that you can use to avail cashback on purchase of any Samsung products, 1% waiver on fuel surcharge, access to lounge at airports and a lot more that I will be covering in this story.

Samsung introduces Axis Bank Credit Card for cashback and more

Samsung India has partnered with Axis Bank to offer two tiers of credit cards in the country. You can avail up to 10% cashback on every purchase of a Samsung product be it a smartphone or refrigerator or television. There’s no cap on products you can purchase but there’s a monthly and yearly limit on cashback that we will get to in a bit.

The cashback is applicable on both EMI and non-EMI transactions but are available in selected channels only. Apart from that, the cashback will be released within 60 days of the original date of purchase.

Samsung Axis Bank Signature Credit Card

Talking about the benefits you’ll get with the Signature Credit Card, there’s the said 10% cashback on purchase of any products or services from Samsung. There’s 5 EDGE reward points each for domestic and international transactions. There’s 10 EDGE reward points on select partners, 1% fuel surcharge waiver and 4 domestic airport lounge accesses. Note that the above-mentioned reward points are for every INR 100 spent using this card.

Samsung Axis Bank Infinite Credit Card

With the Axis Bank Infinite Credit Card, you get the same 10% cashback on purchase along with 5 EDGE reward points on domestic transactions. There’s 15 EDGE rewards points on international transactions and for selected partners too. Finally, we have a 1% fuel surcharge waiver and 8 domestic and international airport lounge accesses with the subscription. The above mentioned reward points are for every INR 100 spent using this credit card.

You can avail a cashback of a max INR 2,500/- monthly and INR 10,000/- yearly with this tier of credit card. Also, note that 5 EDGE reward points is equivalent to INR 1.
