Samsung is prepping up for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. Speculations are that the series will consist of three new smartphones – Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. In a recent development, the design renders and color variants of the smartphone have been revealed. As tipped by Snoopy Tech, the Galaxy S23 series will be shipped in four different color options – Misty Lilac, Phantom Black, Botanic Green, and Cotton Flower.

In terms of design, the device will feature a boxy design with curved corners. The power and volume buttons of the device will be situated at the right spine of the smartphone. At the back, it will have a quad rear camera system and laser autofocus. The LED flash will be located just below the laser autofocus. Apart from that, the specifications and features of the series have already leaked in the past.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will ship with a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will most probably offer 2200 nits of peak brightness which is even more than the iPhone 14 Pro variants.

The device will sport a quad rear camera setup consisting of a 200MP primary shooter, a 12MP ultra wide-angle shooter, and two 10MP telephoto shooters with 3x and 10x optical zoom. To capture selfies and attend video calls, the handset may sport a 12MP front snapper. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will draw power from a 5000mAh battery along with 25W fast charging support and 15W wireless charging support.

Talking about the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus will get a 6.1-inch and 6.6-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy S23 will be powered by a 3900mAh battery and the Galaxy S23 Plus will get a 4700mAh battery. Both smartphones will have 25W fast charging support and 15W wireless charging. They will get a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary shooter, 12MP ultra wide-angle shooter, and a 10MP telephoto sensor.

The three smartphones will operate on the One UI 5.1 based on the Android 13 operating system. As of the launch date, the series can make its debut by February in the market of United States followed by the global and India launch of the lineup.
