Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Dual-SIM Variant Goes On Sale In India Starting At 51,400 INR

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Dual SIM variant has finally arrived in India. The Note 5 Dual SIM comes in two storage options 32GB and 64GB starting from Rs. 51,400 onwards on the official Samsung e-store.

With this launch, Samsung has slashed the prices of Galaxy Note 5 single SIM which is now retailing at Rs. 47,900 for 32GB model and Rs. 53,900 for the top 64GB variant. Samsung first launched this dual SIM variant of Note 5 in Taiwan followed by Malaysia and Philippines.

As expected, there hasn’t been any update on the hardware side of things. Just like original Galaxy Note 5, It also shows off with a 5.7-QHD S-AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560x1440pixels. The display has a pixel density of 518ppi and is strengthened by a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. Under the hood, enthralls a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 chipset with 4gigs of RAM present by its side.

On the photographic front, it comes packed with a 16 mega-pixel sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and f/1.9 aperture at the rear side, which is also capable for shooting 4K videos. At the front, it features a 5MP megapixel camera with f/1.9 aperture for better selfie experience.

Fitted with a 3000mAh Battery, it backs fast charging, wireless charging and connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC and USB. It runs on TouchWiz layered Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Company claims, it is working on a Marshmallow update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and should deliver very soon.
