Samsung Galaxy M53 5G to launch in India with 108MP main camera & Dimensity 900 SoC

Tech giant Samsung recently launched their mid-range Galaxy M53 5G device in the global market and now the company has confirmed its launch date for India. Samsung took to its Twitter handle to announce that the Samsung Galaxy M53 5G will launch in India on 22 April.

Samsung Galaxy M53 5G India Launch

Samsung took to its Twitter handle to announce that M53 5G will launch in India on 22 April at 12 noon. It claims to have the best 108MP camera, auto data switching, and best sAMOLED display. The smartphone is expected to arrive in 2 colorways- blue and green.

Samsung Galaxy M53 5G Specs

Since the device has already been launched at a global level, we know about its specs. The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ sAMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a centrally aligned cutout for the selfie camera. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device runs Android 12-based One UI 4.1 out of the box. The screen of the device is flat and has thin bezels, except for the slightly thick chin.

Galaxy M53 5G has a quad-camera setup at the back with a 108MP main (with OIS), an 8MP ultrawide, a 2MP depth, and a 2MP macro sensor. It has a 32MP selfie camera as well. The smartphone packs a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support over a USB Type-C charging port.
