Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus and Galaxy J4 Plus To Launch Soon: Report

Samsung is currently working on two new devices in the Galaxy J-series that are believed to succeed the earlier launched Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus and Galaxy J4 Plus, as per the latest reports. The upcoming devices, with model number SM-J610F and SM-J415F, were recently got Bluetooth certification and are most probably Galaxy J6 Plus and Galaxy J4 Plus, respectively.

The Galaxy J6 Plus and Galaxy J4 Plus listing points towards the official unveiling of the two smartphones that could happen anytime soon. Galaxy Club named Dutch website has reported that the smartphones have surfaced on Bluetooth SIG. Carrying model number SM-J610F, the Galaxy J6+ was listed in two SIM variants of single and dual-SIM capacity.

The report further suggests that  Galaxy J6 Plus could be launched under Galaxy J6 Prime banner, while the Galaxy J4 Plus could be launched as Galaxy J4 Prime in some countries. Prior to this, both the devices were spotted on the company’s Vietnam website having model numbers SM-J415F/DS and SM-J610F/DS respectively.

Both Galaxy J series newcomers are expected to run Android 8.1 Oreo UI out of the box, and run Qualcomm Snapdragon processors in place of Samsung’s home-based Exynos. Both these devices are expected to initially release in Netherlands and Vietnam.

Samsung Galaxy J6 Plus was spotted on Samsung’s India website, yesterday. The phone also listed WiFi certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA) telling that the Galaxy J6 Plus will support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, with 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency and will run Android 8.1 Oreo.

A new Samsung Galaxy A-series smartphone having model number SM-A750N has also made an appearance on Samsung Spanish website, via Galaxy Club. This could be part of next years A-series lineup.
