Samsung is currently working on refreshing the Go series laptops with two new laptops – Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Go and Galaxy Book 2 Go 5G. In a recent development, both machines have visited the Bluetooth Special Interest Group certification website. According to the details, the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Go series will work on the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The devices carry model numbers NP340XNA and NP345XNA.
Apart from that, the listing revealed that the systems will have Windows 11 operating system, WiFi 6E, Qualcomm FastConnect 6700, and Bluetooth 5.2. Until now, not a lot of information regarding the same is available on the internet. However, expectations are that we will get to know more about the laptops as soon as the launch date approaches. The support pages of the same have also been spotted on the official website of Samsung.
What can we expect from the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Go series?
The Samsung Galaxy Book Go shipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 processor and made its place in the market. But, the machine failed to compete with high-end laptops in the market as they offer processors from Intel and AMD that have a better impact. As per our expectations, the upcoming device would have to at least work on ebetter processor with high-end configurations to survive in the industry.
To recall, the Samsung Galaxy Book Go includes 6GB and 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and Adreno 618 graphics processing unit (GPU). The eUFS storage options offered in the laptop are 64GB and 128GB internal storage. A major highlight of the device is the 423Whr battery life that can deliver up to 18 hours of battery life which is not commonly available in laptops. On top of that, it also supports 25W rapid charging support. We can expect its successor to get a better battery or maybe a better-charging capacity.
