Samsung Galaxy A31 is now official: FHD+ display, quad-camera and 5000mAh battery

With the announcement of Galaxy A31, Samsung has now added a new model in the Galaxy A-series family. The company revealed the device specifications in its official press release, which doesn’t mention any availability details. Samsung had earlier launched Galaxy A41 in Japan a few days back.

Samsung Galaxy A31 Features:

The Galaxy A31 is powered by an unspecified octa-core processor. Though the chipset is not yet revealed and it is said to be MediaTek Helio P65 with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage capacity. The handset sports microSD slot that accepts up to 512GB storage. This latest Galaxy A31 features a 6.44-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED, Infinity-U display.

On the rear, Samsung Galaxy A31 has a quad-camera setup. The quartet includes a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide sensor, 5MP depth sensor, and 5MP macro lens. And there’s a 20MP camera on the front. For biometric authentications, the phone has an in-display sensor.

Samsung Galaxy A31 packs a 5000mAh battery supporting 15W fast charging via USB Type-C port. On the software front, the phone runs Android 10 operating system. The back cover of the device possesses a dual-tone finish.

Galaxy A31 Price and Availability

The Galaxy A31 will be available in four color variants- Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush Blue, Prism Crush Red, and Prism Crush White. There are no details regarding the phone’s price and availability date till today but we can expect more info in relevant markets soon.
