Reliance has started rolling out its 4G LTE enabled feature phone, JioPhone, to 6 million registered users in India.
According to a report by PTI, the company will be delivering 6 million JioPhone units in the first batch. The deliveries will be completed within 15 days and will start from rural areas, small towns first. Urban centers will be second on the list, according to the report.

How to Track Your JioPhone
Track via Jio-official website- The tracking details of your JioPhones can easily be extracted from Reliance Jio website. The page will ask you to feed your order number – the one you have received during pre-booking – and click on the track details.
Track via MyJio App- You can even look for tracking details of your JioPhone through the Reliance’s My Jio app. Inside the app, under the track your order option, a user will be asked to enter the pre-booking details, to get the details on their JioPhone. (Note: you have to have a Jio-sim to gain the access to the app)
Track via Customer Care- The third way you can trace your JioPhone booking order is by calling Reliance Jio customer care number, 18008908900. The user will receive an SMS regarding final delivery dates of the Jio feature phone.
JioPhone Features and Specification
JioPhone is the Reliance’s free-of-cost 4G-enabled feature phone in India. The 4G VoLTE feature phone sports a 2.4-inch QVGA (320 x 240 pixels) display, a dual-core SPRD processor, 512MB RAM and 4GB of storage space. JioPhone has an SD card slot, a USB port for charging, speaker, FM Radio, torchlight, and SOS option.
There is also a 2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera on the phone and it is also assisted by some smart features like voice assistant, the ability to support Jio apps like JioTV, etc.
