Redmi K60 Series launched in China: Redmi Watch 3, Band 2 & Buds 4 also go official

Redmi has launched a new smartphone series in China. The Redmi K60 Series consists of 3 smartphones- Redmi K60, K60 Pro, and K60E. All 3 smartphones come with premium specs and features. Various wearables and a pair of TWS have also been launched alongside the K60 Series.

Redmi K60 Series & more: Pricing

Redmi K60 Pro comes in the following storage configurations-

  • 8GB RAM+128GB storage- RMB 3299 (Rs. 39,300)
  • 8GB RAM+256GB storage- RMB 3599 (Rs. 42,900)
  • 12GB RAM+256GB storage- RMB 3899 (Rs. 46,500)
  • 12GB RAM+512GB storage- RMB 4299 (Rs. 51,200)
  • 16GB RAM+512GB storage- RMB 4599 (Rs. 54,800)

The special edition K60 Pro costs RMB 4599 (Rs. 54,800) for the 16GB RAM+512GB storage.

Redmi Watch 3 comes in Elegant black and ivory-white colors for RMB 499.

Redmi K60 Pro: Specs & Features

The Redmi K60 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. It sports a 6.67-inch 2K flexible flat AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 1400 nits peak brightness, HDR 10+, Dolby Vision, and more. The smartphone has a triple camera setup at the back including a 50MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP additional sensor. It has a 16MP front camera as well. It packs a 5000mAh battery with 120W wired and 30W wireless fast charging capability and runs Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port. There is an in-screen fingerprint sensor, NFC, dual speakers, and an infrared sensor.

Redmi has also announced a special K60 Pro Champion Performance edition that has the same specs but slightly different pricing and looks.

It has a triple camera setup at the back with a 64MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP additional lens and runs Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top. There is a 16MP front lens as well. The Redmi K60 packs a 5500mAh battery with 67W wired and 30W wireless fast charging.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port. There is an in-screen fingerprint sensor, NFC, dual speakers, and an infrared sensor.

Redmi K60E: Specs & Features

The Redmi K60E is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. It sports a 6.7-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, Gorilla Glass victus, and more. It runs Android 13-based MIUI 14 skin out of the box.

In terms of optics, the K60E has a 48MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro lens at the back. There is a 16MP selfie lens and the device packs a 5500mAh battery with 67W fast charging. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G, dual-band WiFi, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth, GPS, and more.

Redmi Watch 3: Features

The next in the wearable segment is the Redmi Watch 3. It has a 1.75-inch AMOLED large color display with a 60Hz refresh rate, 200+ stylish dials, and supports the Always-on display feature. It comes in 5 strap options- classic black and white along with 3 early spring fashion color options. It has Bluetooth calling, emergency SOS mode, a 289mAh battery, and more.

Redmi Band 2: Features

Redmi Band 2 has also been launched in China. It has a 1.47-inch large screen with 100+ personalized dials, 6 colorful wrists, and 30+ sports modes. It supports SpO2 detection and is 5ATM-rated for protection against water. The band has a 14-day long battery life and weighs merely 14.9 grams.

Redmi Buds 4 Lite Youth Edition: Features

These are one of the most lightweight TWS buds weighing 3.9 grams each. They come with 12mm large dynamic coil double-layer drivers and have a 20-hour battery life. The buds come in 4 colors and are IP54 rated for protection against dust and water. Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity is also available.
