Realme brings a midrange phone featuring flagship-grade MediaTek 1200 SoC and a Smart 4K TV to India. The phone is Realme X7 Max 5G and besides the chip, you get an FHD+ sAMOLED display, 50W SuperDart charging, and a slim plus lightweight design. Meanwhile, the TV comes out in 43″ and 50″ models, with support for Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, DTS HD sound, and hands-free Google Assistant.

Right off the bat, the main highlight of the device has to be its slim and compact form factor at just 179 grams and 8.4mm thickness. At the front, there is an sAMOLED panel with 1080p resolution and 120Hz smooth animation. This is shielded by Dragontrail glass. The 16MP selfie snapper sits within a punch hole slit.

Flip to the back and there you’ll find the 64MP triplet. Under the hood, there is MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. Realme X7 Max 5G is the first phone to bring this chip to India. Meanwhile, this same silicon is going to power the upcoming Poco F3 GT from Xiaomi.

The internals also comprises up to 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and a 4500mAh battery coupled with 50W charging speed. Among other things, you also get 5G support, Android 11 (Realme UI 2.0), WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, 3.5mm jack, and a USB-C port.

As evident from its name, the TV has got a 4K screen. This is HDR capable and supports 1.07 billion colors, up to 83% NTSC and 90% DCI-P3, up to 178° FoV, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and DTS HD for the media-viewing experience. The TV runs on Android 10 TV OS with Google Play library of apps, Chromecast, and hands-free Google Assistant support.

Realme X7 Max 8GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs. 26,999 and the 12GB+256GB unit at Rs. 29,999. It will go on sale from the 4th of June at 12 PM via Flipkart, realme.com and stores near you. The Milky Way color variant will be coming soon.
