POCO X4 NFC and Poco F4 GT receive EEC certification ahead of their launch

Poco X4 NFC and Poco F4 GT seems like they are about to be announced soon as both these smartphones were spotted receiving EEC certification today. This hints that the devices are very close to getting a global launch in the coming weeks. Poco X F4 GT is expected to be the rebranded version of the Redmi K50 Gaming smartphone.

Poco X4 NFC and Poco F4 GT EEC certification

Tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted both these devices on the Eurasian EEC certification website today. This certification doesn’t reveal any details about the devices and there are no official details about specs to be shared right now. It suggests phones could launch globally soon and we can expect to see them in the Q1 of 2022.

Poco X4 NFC Expected specs

Earlier reports claimed that the Poco X4 NFC will succeed Poco X3 NFC which came with a 6.67-inch FHD+ display, 120Hz refresh rate, and a 64MP quad-camera setup. It was powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset and paired with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage capacity. It packs a 5160mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Poco X4 NFC will have similar specs as it is the successor of Poco X3 NFC.

Poco F4 GT Expected specs

This one is rumored to be a rebranded version of the Redmi K50 gaming phone. The tipped specs of Redmi K50 reveal it to have MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Soc, 64MP Primary camera, and a 5000mAh battery. As it is a gaming phone, so it is expected to have a high refresh rate and gaming triggers too.

In other news, Poco X4 is expected to launch in India in the first quarter of 2022 while the Poco X4 Pro is also slated to come to India, but the timeline is not known yet.
