Poco X3 NFC with Snapdragon 732G Goes Official

Poco X3 (NFC) has launched as the first phone with the Snapdragon 732G chipset. The new silicon offers a 15-percent gain in graphics over the 730G. Hence, you could expect better gaming performance out of the new Xiaomi phone. The brand has been keen to highlight this in its promotions.

From the promo materials, we had already learned about the 120Hz refresh display, Liquid Cooling tech, 5160mAh battery with 33W fast charge, and 64MP main rear camera.

Poco X3 NFC Features

Poco X3 NFC is sporting a 6.67-inch FHD+ panel with a 120Hz smoothness and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The refresh rate can also dynamically switch to 90Hz or below for better efficiency. You also get Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, HDR10, and Widevine L1 HD streaming support.

Up top, there is a central punch hole that houses a 20MP selfie snapper. It supports face recognition. Well, you can also use the side fingerprint (also the power button) reader to unlock the device.

BTW, by the back, you have a 64MP Quad-cam setup which includes a 64MP Sony IMX682 (F1.73) main sensor paired with 13MP 119-degree Ultra Wide Angle, 2MP (4cm) Macro Lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.

Once you unlock, you are welcomed by MIUI 12 based on Android 10. Of course, you’ll have the Poco launcher out of the box. This is laid on top of Snapdragon 732G chipset, which goes for better gaming performance. On the software side, you get Game Turbo 3.0. Poco X3 is also equipped with LiquidCool Technology 1.0 Plus for thermal management.

Internals also comprise of 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage. There is an expandable option up to 256GB using a microSD card.

Poco has wedged in a 5160mAh battery that is backed by 33W fast charging. You get the adapter within the box, which is good to hear.

Rest the new Poco handset also features stuff like 3.5mm jack, USB-C port, dual stereo speakers, NFC, IR Blaster, IP53 splash-proof protection, and Z-axis linear vibration motor.

You can pick the device in two colors viz. Shadow Gray and Cobalt Blue. By the back, the phone flaunts a large Poco branding.

Poco X3 Price and Availability

The Poco X3 6+64GB has been priced at €229 (~Rs. 19,885) and the higher 6+128GB model hits the shelves at €269 (~Rs. 23,359). Indian availability details are not known at the moment. However, you can expect it to arrive in the subcontinent sooner than later.

Meanwhile, the company has also unveiled a new smart TV in the country, christened Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition in 32-inch and 43-inch variants.
