All of these portable chargers support two way fast charging. i.e. you can top up both the power banks and portable devices connected to them rather quickly.

Pebble Power Bank (20,000mAh, 15,000mAh, 6000mAh) Features
The power bank is exclusively targeted towards the battery needs of the extensive smartphone users. The portable and sleek designed power banks are equipped with high-density batteries and two-way fast charging support that can deliver up to 2.1-ampere output.
The 6000mAh and 15000mAh units also have a digital display to convey charge status, and the 20,000mAh one relies on LED indicators for the same.

The company has priced the Pebble power bank in India at Rs. 1,049, Rs. 1,999 and Rs. 2,299 for the 6,000, 15,000 and 20,000mAh, respectively. Pebble power banks are available on company’s website, Pebblecart.com, as well as on Flipkart and Amazon.
