OnePlus ‘Open Ears’ in India

OnePlus used to run such campaigns in multiple countries and for the first time, it has brought Open Ears to India. If you have owned a OnePlus device, you might have noticed the message ‘Created together with our fans’, which is to say that the end product is a culmination of the constructive discussions on Open Ears forum.

What is OnePlus’ Open Ears? ‘Open Ears’ is a unique community event that was held for the first time in London that led to several key developments including ‘One Time Resolution’ of issues, repair centers, an app for diagnostics and troubleshooting and video guides on how best to use your OnePlus device.

Since then, ‘Open Ears’ has been held at several locations globally, including Stockholm in March where Customer Support was the theme of discussion, San Francisco in April this year, where community members spoke about software, in order to work towards a better OxygenOS experience.

“Our ‘Never Settle’ motto means we are always eager to improve ourselves, and our users play a significant role when developing new releases. Keeping this in mind, we wanted to hear directly from our Indian fans.” said Pete Lau, Founder and CEO, OnePlus.
