OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro specs sheets have leaked online much before expected launch on April 15. Specs-sheet of OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro has been shared by tipster Ishan Agarwal who posted them on Twitter.
OnePlus 8 Pro Specifications
As per specs revealed by Ishan, the OnePlus 8 Pro will be boasting off a 6.78-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate. OnePlus will once again put its faith on Qualcomm premier chipset. The OnePlus 8 Pro will be driven by Snapdragon 865 chipset along with 5G modem.
The OnePlus 8 Pro is claimed to come with 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM coupled with 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. Camera’s have been a point of contention for OnePlus. The OnePlus 8 Pro is tipped to feature a quad 48MP+48MP+8MP+5MP setup at the rear and a 16MP sensor for selfies.
OnePlus 8 Pro could be the first phone from the Chinese smartphone maker to come with an IP68 rating. It is claimed to include a 4,510mAh battery with 30W Warp Charge charging. Support for 30W wireless charging and 3W reverse wireless charging also claimed.

OnePlus 8 Specs
Let’s talk about OnePlus 8. The OnePlus 8 minus Pro is tipped to house 6.55-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. While the chipset, memory and storage options are claimed to be same as the Pro variant, difference said to be in the type of RAM which could be LPDDR4X RAM instead of LPDDR5.
As for optics are concerned, the OnePlus 8 tipped to feature a triple camera setup with 48MP+16MP+2MP sensors and a 16MP front camera. OnePlus could skip on an official IP rating for the OnePlus 8.

The OnePlus 8 said to come with a 4,300 mAh battery with 30W Warp Charge. Blue, Black, and Green colour variants are expected to retail in the market.
As you can see, these alleged specifications are not as exciting as one would expect from OnePlus, especially the UFS 3.0 storage and 30W fast charging. Moreover, the addition of 5G because of the SD865 chipset here will likely push the price further up for these phones, and we’re not sure how we feel about that. However, since these specifications are rumors at this point and can’t be verified at the moment, we will have to wait until OnePlus officially announces the 8 series to know for sure.
