OnePlus 6T McLaren edition that was first unveiled at McLaren’s headquarters in the UK has now landed in India. The automaker and the renowned smartphone company, that are both obsessive about speed, entered a long-term partnership. With the new McLaren edition, OnePlus, that started off as a brand that delivered value-for-money flagships, crosses the Rs. 50K price mark.
So, how is the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition any different? Well, the differences are mostly cosmetic, but there are a couple of noteworthy hardware enhancements too.

OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition Features
Just as the regular OnePlus 6T, the McLaren Edition has glass-metal construction, but it’s tinged with McLaren’s signature orange color. As OnePlus puts it, “Papaya Orange races around the bottom edge of the device before fading into the black.” And the back cover is accented by a distinguishing carbon fiber pattern.
The OnePlus 6T McLaren edition is the first OnePlus phone with 10GB RAM (which certainly sounds superfluous). Then there is 30W Warp Charge that promises a days’ power with a mere 20 minutes of charging. And there are some interesting content and software trinkets from McLaren.
Of course, you will get all that awesomeness wrapped in a special edition box. Surprisingly, there is no special McLaren edition case cover this time.
Other than that, the specs remain same as the regular OnePlus 6T variant.
