OnePlus 13 & OnePlus 13R Launched in India: Buds Pro 3 Refreshed

OnePlus has hosted its first launch event for 2025. The brand just hosted its Winter Launch Event wherein OnePlus 13 series has been launched in India as well as globally. Apart from the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R, the brand has announced magnetic cases for the devices, an AIRVOOC magnetic charger, and the OnePlus Buds 3 Pro new color variant. OnePlus 13 succeeds the OnePlus 12, while the OnePlus 13R succeeds the OnePlus 12R launched in 2024.

OnePlus 13 & OnePlus 13R: Price & Availability

OnePlus 13 will be available in three storage configurations-

12GB RAM+256GB storage-Rs. 69,999
16GB RAM+512GB storage-Rs. 76,999
24GB RAM+1TB storage-Rs. 89,999

ICICI bank card users will get a Rs. 5000 instant discount on the OnePlus 13.

OnePlus 13R will be available in two storage models-

12GB RAM+256GB storage-Rs. 42,999
16GB RAM+512GB storage-Rs. 49,999

ICICI bank users will get Rs. 3000 off on OnePlus 13R.

The first sale will take place on January 13.

OnePlus 13 5G: Specifications

OnePlus 13 5G is powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It flaunts a 6.82-inch quad-curved AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits brightness. The display supports Dolby Vision HDR as well. It is the world’s first DisplayMate A++ rated display.

In terms of camera optics, it features a 50MP Sony LYT808 main sensor at the back along with 50MP ultrawide and 50MP Telephoto 3x zoom sensors. At the front is a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls. Under the hood, it packs a 6000mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging speeds. The smartphone is IP68+IP69 rated and features a vegan leather back for the midnight ocean variant. The Arctic Dawn version has a glass coating at the back.

OnePlus 13 comes in Black Eclipse, Arctic Dawn, and Midnight Ocean shades.

OnePlus 13R 5G: Specs

OnePlus 13R 5G is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It features a 50MP main, 8MP ultrawide, and 50MP telephoto sensors at the back. It flaunts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood is a 6000mAh battery with 80W wired charging and it runs Android 15-based OxygenOS out of the box. It is IP68+IP69 rated and is 8mm thick. OnePlus 13R comes in Nebula Noir and Astral Trail hues. It is the first to support 5.5G in India and comes with the best every thermal cooling system.

OnePlus 13 & 13R: AI Features

OnePlus 13 and 13R run OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 and get 6 years of security and 4 years of Android updates. New features of the devices include Share with iPhone, OnePlus Snapshot, and more.

AI features include AI Reflection Eraser, Clear Burst, AI Reply, AI Notes, Intelligent Search, Google Gemini, Circle to Search, AI Unblur, and more.

OnePlus Buds Pro 3

OnePlus launched Buds Pro 3 in August 2024 and now the TWS Buds has received a new Sapphire Blue shade. This color option has been launched to match the Midnight Ocean edition of the OnePlus 13.

A new feature of Buds Pro 3 is the AI translation feature that will be available when you pair it with OnePlus 13 devices. Also, Buds can stay connected with the OnePlus 13 series up to 360m. OnePlus Buds Pro 3 Sapphire Blue is priced at Rs. 11,999. The specs of the buds remain the same.

OnePlus Accessories

OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R come with a sandstone magnetic case. OnePlus 13 receives two more case options- a wood grain magnetic half-pack case and an aramid fiber magnetic case. These cases will include magnetic features and will support upcoming OnePlus magnetic charging accessories. The sandstone finish case is priced at Rs. 1299 while the Wood Grain case is priced at Rs. 2299. Aramid Fiber case costs Rs. 2499.

OnePlus has also launched a 50W AIRVOOC magnetic wireless charger in the country, further strengthening its accessory lineup in the country. The charger is priced at Rs. 5999.
