HMD Global is all set to launch Nokia X next week on May 16 and the phone, which has also been referred to as Nokia X6 earlier, just passed by Tenna. The certification website listing reveals all relevant specs of the phone and there is some interesting stuff to look forward to.
The Nokia X will be the first Nokia-branded phone with a display notch. It will run Android 8.1 Oreo-based software, and will most likely be powered by the much sought-after Snapdragon 636.
Nokia X Features
The new Nokia X will fill in the gap between the Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 Plus. It will be available in 3GB, 4GB, and 6GB RAM options with up to 64GB of internal storage.
The phone will have a 5.8-inch 19:9 screen (Full HD+), which can be deemed as a compact by 2018 standards. The overall footprint (147.2 x 70.98 x 7.99 mm) is smaller than that of Nokia 6 (148.8 x 75.8 x 8.2 mm) that has a 5.5-inch (16:9) screen.
Other features include a 16MP rear camera, 16MP front camera, hybrid SIM slot, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5and a 3000mAh battery with fast charging.
