Nokia is all set to launch a new tablet for its Indian consumers. Nokia Tab T20 was unveiled at a global level earlier this month and soon it will be available for Indian users too. The news of the India launch got confirmed when a teaser of the Tab T20 was spotted on e-commerce giant Flipkart.

Tab T20 comes with a 10.4-inch 2K Display and a pixel resolution of 2000×1200 along with 226PPI pixel density, 400 nits of peak brightness, 60Hz refresh rate. It comes powered by the Unisoc 12nm Tiger T610 chipset with up to 4GB RAM and up to 64GB internal storage capacity. T20 will be able to support a microSD card of up to 512GB.

The tablet will run on Android 11 along with a dedicated Google Kids Space feature. It would come with 2 years of OS upgrades and 3 years of security updates as claimed by Nokia.

Nokia T20 Tab packs an 8200mAh battery with 15W fast charging support, although the adapter has to be purchased separately. Inside the box, you will find a 10W charger only. The tab has an 8MP single camera at the back with an LED flash. There is a 5MP camera at the front for selfies and videos.

It should be available in Wi-Fi-only as well as the LTE model. Other things in the mix include Bluetooth, USB Type-C port, dual microphone, and stereo speakers.

HMD Global has also announced a Rugged Case, Rugged case+ Flip cover/stand, and Nokia Earbuds Pro as 3 of its accessories designed for the Nokia T20 Tab.

The prices at the global level are-

  • Wi-Fi only 3GB RAM+32GB internal storage variant- EUR 199 (Rs. 19,900 approx.)
  • LTE 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage variant- EUR 239 (Rs. 23,400)

Users purchasing T20 will also get a free Spotify subscription to access over 70 million songs and 2.9 million podcasts out of the box. Express VPN will also be available on the Nokia tab with a 30-day free trial.

Nokia hasn’t confirmed any exact launch date for the tablet, but the teaser on Flipkart indicates that the device can launch anytime between October 28 and November 3.
