The Nokia 8 comes with a 5.3-inch 2K IPS display which can offer a maximum brightness of 700 nits. The Nokia 8 comes with a dual rear camera setup where a 13MP RGB sensor is paired with 13MP monochrome sensor (on the lines of Huawei phones ) for better low-light performance. It is worth mentioning here is OIS is only available on the coloured sensor. Up front, there is a 13MP selfie camera which also gets a Zeiss lens like the rear sensors. The rear camera does offer a Live bokeh mode where is lets you catpure images with blurred background.

Both front and rear cameras of Nokia 8 can record footage in 4K format. It draws juice from a 3090mAh battery which also supports Quick Charge 3.0. It comes with USB-Type C charging port. With its flagship device, HMD Global needed something other than just hardcore specifications. Therefore, they came up with two fancy features: ‘Bothie’ camera and ‘Ozo’ audio.

What is Nokia 8 ‘ Bothie’ feature?

Well, Bothie is camera mode developed by Nokia where it lets you use both front and rear cameras together to capture a photo or a video. This is not entirely a new concept as we have witness similar option in Samsung and LG phones in the past. However, what Nokia has managed to do differently is that with Bothie feature it lets you stream 360 videos live on Facebook or Youtube with from the camera app.

What is Nokia 8 Ozo Audio?

The Nokia 8 comes with Ozo Audio which was developed by Nokia for virtual reality 360-degree camera. This technology ensures immersive and directional audio while recording videos.
