Netflix collaborates with Nike Training Club to bring fitness-related content to the OTT platform

The program will have two batches out of which, part one will release on 30th December 2022 while the other will come out in 2023.

OTT giant Netflix has announced partnering with the Nike Training Club to bring fitness and exercise-related content to its platform. Netflix Members will now be able to stream fitness content from Nike Training Club for free. The announcement post reads- “It’s not always easy to motivate yourself to exercise, but the option to feel the burn and then directly transition into one of your favorite shows does have a certain appeal, and now that’s exactly what you can do.”

About the Nike Training Club program

Each Nike Training Club Program has multiple episodes- a total of 30 hours of exercise sessions released in 2 batches. The classes will start next week from December 30, Friday onwards. It will roll out in 2 batches with the first one having 46 episodes and the other half releasing sometime in 2023.

Netflix will make the programs available in multiple languages on all Netflix plans, with workouts for all fitness levels and interests.

What does the Nike Training Club on Netflix consist of?

The first batch of fitness classes will include the following programs-

  1. Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes)
  2. Two Weeks to a Stronger Core (7 episodes)
  3. Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga (6 episodes)
  4. HIT and Strength with Tara (14 episodes)
  5. Feel-Good Fitness (6 episodes)
