Motorola’s Moto Tab G70 gets BIS certification: Launch seems Imminent

Motorola’s Moto Tab G70 has been in the works for a while now. The latest reports state that the Motorola tablet has been spotted getting the Bureau of Indian Standards Certification, which indicates that the tablet might soon launch in the Indian Market.

Moto Tab G70 Leaked Specs

Tipster Yash spotted Moto G70 LTE on BIS recently. The Tab recently also appeared on the Google Play Console and Geekbench listing, which revealed some of its key specs too. It scored 475 points in single-core testing and 1569 points in multi-core testing. As per the Geekbench listing, Moto Tab G70 would have a ‘P11’ motherboard, an octa-core processor of 4GB RAM.

Recently, tipster Abhishek Yadav also tweeted about the listing of Moto Tab G70 on Google Play Console. It showed a WUXGA+ display with 2000×1200 pixels resolution and it will be powered by a MediaTek Kompanio chipset having model number MT8183A. It will run on Android 11 and probably be launched in a single 4GB RAM variant.

Motorola launched its first tablet Moto Tab G20 in September for a price of Rs. 10,999. While the company hasn’t confirmed anything on the tablet launch yet, it is gearing up to introduce Moto G31 in India next week. The smartphone has already made a global appearance in March this year with an AMOLED display, 48MP primary camera, Android 11 OS, and a 5000mAh battery. It is all set to launch on November 29 in India.
