The device that is being claimed to be the X4, liste as the model number XT1789 along with few specifications. If the listed on the Geekbench are accurate, the Moto X4 in all probably will be placed in between latest Moto M series and Moto Z series.

The benchmark listing that is doing the rounds on the Internet

Previously, it was reported that the phone will come out with a 4GB RAM and have 32GB of inbuilt storage capacity, but the listing now points towards a 3GB RAM with 16GB of ROM.

Also, it was being deemed that there will be a dual camera unit on the back, but those claims have also been negated by the said listing, which says that there will be a single 12MP rear camera with UltraHD video recording capabilities, while upfront there appears to be a 16MP snapper with 2K video recording facilities.

Moto X4

The other notable specifications of the purported phone include Android 7.1 Nougat OS, a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon chipset (probably 630 SoC) , coupled with an Adreno 508 GPU.

Well, if this listing is anything to go by, the X series is pretty much alive and kicking, and as far as the phone is going it will most probably be a mid-range selfie-centric offering by the Lenovo-owned company.

Things, we believe, will get clearer once official word comes out.
