Further expanding its formidable smartphone portfolioMoto G4 and Moto G4 Plus, Lenovo is gearing up for supposed launch of Moto G4 Play, as per the reports. There hasn’t been any official announcement about Moto G4 Play availability yet, but recently it was spotted on Indian import documents. If whatever has been reported is true, the Moto G4 Play could come with a price tag of Rs. 8,999 in India. In the past, Moto G4 Play was once spotted on Moto’s official website in the United States.

The phone is rumored to feature a 5-inch HD display. At the heart of it sports a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It also houses 16GB of internal storage, which can be further augmented by up to 128GB using a microSD card.
For photography enthusiasts, the Moto G4 Play bears an 8-megapixel rear camera, coupled with a 5-megapixel selfie camera. It is also backed by a 2,800mAh battery and supports connectivity options like 4G LTE support, dual-SIM, Wi-Fi 802, GPS and Bluetooth.
There is no information about the VoLTE support. Like Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus, it will also be running on Andriod Marshmallow 6.0.1 and is very likely to be timely updated to Android Nougat. It is also expected to feature water repellent coating treading on the lines of Moto G4 series.
