Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ and Surface Hub 2S are now available in India

Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ has officially made its entry to India alongside Surface Hub 2S, an interactive whiteboard. The Surface Pro 7 Plus originally debuted in January 2021.

Launched in eleven different configurations, Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ is an extended version of Surface Pro 7 launched back in May 2020. The highlights of the new Microsoft 2-in-1 device are Intel’s 11th Gen Tiger Lake CPU, up to 32GB LPDDR4x RAM, up to 1TB SSD storage, and both WiFi and LTE versions.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ & Surface Hub 2S Prices and Availability

Microsoft has availed the two new devices only for business and educational purposes. Both the devices are available for purchase through Microsoft authorized resellers listed on its official India website.

Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ Features

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Plus sports a 12.3-inch PixelSense display with a resolution of 2736×1824 pixels, an aspect ratio of 3:2, and supports 10-point multi-touch. It ships with a 5MP front camera for video meetings and an 8MP rear-facing camera supporting 1080p full HD video.

The WiFi variant of Surface Pro 7 Plus can be equipped with up to quad-core 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor while the LTE version settles with up to 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor. For graphical performance, the Core i3 model features Intel UHD graphics whilst the Core i5/i7 models have Intel Iris Xe graphics.

As for the memory configuration, the LTE models boast up to 16GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB SSD storage, while the Wi-Fi version manages to get up to 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD storage. Microsoft has made it easy to swap out SSD without disassembling the device.

The WiFi model of Surface Pro 7 Plus can give up to 15 hours of battery life and the LTE version can perform for up to 13.5 hours. The connectivity option includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, Snapdragon X20 LTE Modem, removable SIM and eSIM support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and other standard USB ports. 

Microsoft Surface Hub 2S 85-inch Features

The Microsoft Surface Hub 2S comes with an 85-inch PixelSense IPS LCD display featuring 10-bit color, an anti-glare panel, and 20 simultaneous touchpoints. It is powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i5 CPU paired with Intel UHD Graphics 620, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD storage.

The Surface Hub 2S sports WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and Miracast display for wireless connectivity. While physical connectivity options include a USB-A, a Mini-DisplayPort, an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet, an HDMI, a DisplayPort, and three USB-C ports. It also features 3-way stereo speakers and a camera delivering 4K videos.
