Meizu To Make Its Entry In India On May 18

Meizu is a Chinese smartphone brand with its startup efforts to set its foot in the smartphone market. We have already had a face-off with the flagship smartphone Meizu MX4 and another smartphone Meizu M1 Note in other countries than India. Though the early stage launches by the brand could not bring much glory outside China, but regular efforts by the company might just be what it exactly needs at the moment. As per the latest reports, Meizu will have a surprising month as Meizu has officially confirmed the Meizu M1 Note launch in India on May 18.

Meizu M1 Note features a 5.5 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels, which will be guarded by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added security against physical damages. The headline of the device is made by the octa core chipset which enables hassle free performance. M1 Note is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa core MediaTek processor paired up with 2 GB of RAM. It comes with 16 GB in built memory variant with external memory card slot, which supports microSD card up to 32 GB. M1 Note sports a 13 MP auto focus rear facing primary camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front facing camera for effective selfies and video calling. The main camera offers features like geo tagging, face detection, HDR and Panorama modes.

Meizu M1 Note was initially launched in China. Meizu M1 Note price is expected to be around INR 11,499. At this price, the smartphone will be a thriller with its specifications as mentioned in this post and will pose some serious rivalry against Asus Zenfone 2 and Xioami Mi 4i. Another launch in this price segment that could be a real game changer is ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini which is to be launched in India on May 19.
