Recently Sony had out the Android Lollipop upgrades for the flagship series which consists of Sony Xperia Z1, Sony Xperia Z2, and Sony Xperia Z3. All three flagship smartphones by Sony have received their respective firmware upgrades officially which were announced last month. Company’s current flagship, and the Z3 Compact started receiving the update to Android Lollipop 5.0.2 in Northern Europe. Hot on the heels of that is news that the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, Xperia Z2 Tablet, and the Xperia Z2 handset are also getting a lick of the Lollipop.
For those who had been playing around with other Sony smartphones than the flagship series, here is some news to cheer up about. Sony has officially confirmed the Lollipop update for Sony Xperia C3 and Sony Xperia T2 Ultra.
