You can now watch live TV channels from your preferred content provider on Amazon Fire TV. There will be a ‘Live’ tab alongside options like Movies, Shows, and Apps on the navigation pane. Then, an ‘On Now’ row highlighting the currently live programs on various channels. You can follow the progress of live content from a red bar at the bottom of the thumbnail.
The ‘Options’ row of the ‘Live’ tab will present the Fire TV channel guide. This guide thingy is something you can access through a dedicated button on their Alexa Voice Remote Lite.

To quickly jump to any channel, you can command, “Alexa, Watch the channel name”.
You could expect more channels and content providers to join this list in the future.
Amazon is rolling out this update to all its Fire TV devices in the country such as Fire TV Stick 4K, Fire TV Stick, and the recently-launched Fire TV Lite.
