More than a year after the G Pad II, LG has refreshed its high-end tablet segment with the G PAD III 10.1 LTE, that, as the name suggests, has the same 10.1-inch screen size and supports 4G LTE connectivity. The tablet will be exclusive to South Korea as of now.
Interestingly, the new G PAD III comes with an inbuilt side stand which allows for 70-degrees of adjustment, thus enabling you to place the tablet upright on your desk. Depending on how and where you prefer consuming multimedia content, this could either be priceless or a complete waste. But the ‘Time Square UX’ further embellishes the feature. Perhaps, everyone could use the GPAD III as a desktop clock, digital frame or table-top calendar every now and then.
Apart from the swanky kickstand, LG has dialed down on other hardware aspects.
The G PAD III is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core chipset with 2GB RAM, 32GB internal memory and up to 2TB of microSD card support. The Android Marshmallow based tablet employs 5MP sensors on both front and rear.

Other features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C and 6000mAh battery.
For now, the LG G PAD III 10.1 LTE is selling only in South Korea for 429,000 Won or Rs. 24,500 approximately. The company also plans on releasing another variant with an S-Pen.
