LG G7 ThinQ Is Coming On May 2, Confirmed To Have Notch and Dual Cameras

LG’s upcoming flagship device will be called the LG G7 ThinQ. Yes, the name is official and the company has started rolling out press invites confirming May 2 launch in New York, followed by a South Korean launch in Seoul on May 3.

Meanwhile, the renders of the LG G7 ThinQ also cropped up on the internet (courtesy: Android Headlines), thus confirming the design of the phone and its different color variants. It is reported to come in Raspberry Rose, Moroccan Blue, Moroccan Blue (Matte), Platinum Grey, and Aurora Black color options.

LG G7 ThinQ Features (Expected)

The LG G7 Thin Q is going to be yet another device with a notch, visibly thin bezel at the bottom, and 19:9 screen aspect ratio. On the flip side, we have vertically placed dual-rear camera set up in the middle along with the fingerprint sensor.

Interestingly, the alleged leaked image of the LG G7 ThinQ can also be seen with four physical buttons on its edges. The three on the right edge can be the power button and volume rockers, the one on the left is most likely for summoning LG’s AI assistant.

The specifications of LG G7 ThinQ are very scarce, but what we do know is that it will rock octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC under its hood, mated with 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage.

For photography, the LG G7 ThinQ is expected to sport a bright f/1.5 aperture lens to offer enhanced photography and videography in low light conditions. Sadly, there is no other information on the camera specifications of the device.
