LG G5 Pre-Registration Commence On May 21

Update: LG G5 is now available for pre-booking on Flipkart and has been priced at 52,990. It is also available on 0% EMI with bajaj finance cards.

LG G5 is on its way to India as the company has started accepting registrations for it’s much talked about flagship device. The Smartphone pre-booking kicks off tomorrow and will continue till May 30.  Interested consumers can pre-book their device at LG brand shops offline or online at Flipkart.com. So far, LG has refrained from disclosing the price. LG is also offering a free LG Cam Plus companion device for those who pre-order.

G5- LG’s latest flagship device come with an innovative modular design. Alongside G5, LG also introduced swappable modular design based LG Friends which includes LG CAM Plus, LG 360 VR, LG 360 CAM and LG Rolling Bot. LG CAM Plus comes with a record, zoom shutter, and power button along with a comfortable grip. It also comes with a 1,200mAh battery.

Speaking about the development, Amit Gujral, Marketing Head -0 Mobiles, LG India, said, “The wait for the most anticipated smartphone, in fact the first ever modular phone of 2016 to arrive in India is now over. Customers can now pre-book the LG G5 and we hope more and more people will take advantage of this opportunity. In terms of specification, G5 comes equipped with 64-bit Snapdragon 820 chipset, coupled with 4GB RAM and Adreno 530 graphics and lower-power Qualcomm Hexagon DSP as well as Qualcomm Spectra 14-bit dual image signal processors (ISPs).  The phone comes with 32GB internal storage which is expandable up to 2TB via microSD card. It runs on latest version of Android Marshmallow.

For shutterbugs, the flagship smartphone features a dual-camera setup including a 16-megapixel 78-degree lens and an 8-megapixel 135-degree wide angle lens. On the front, it bears an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The phone is backed by 2800mAh battery and supports connectivity options like 4G LTE support, USB Type-C port, NFC and Bluetooth 4.2.

Great blog about the LG G5, I personally like this smartphone. The Dual SIM smartphone runs on the Android OS, v6.0 Marshmallow platform with a 5.30-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 2560 pixels at a PPI of 554 pixels per inch.
