Lenovo’s VP has teased the upcoming Z6 Pro phone on Weibo hinting at a 100MP camera. The same camera was part of Lenovo’s MWC 2019 reveal. Qualcomm had predicted the future phones to pack 64MP and 100MP cameras and it seems Lenovo would be initiating the new trend. And since its 2019, Lenovo Z6 Pro could also ship with 5G capability.

The major highlight of the phone would be its ultra-megapixel shooter with the triple-digit sensor. Chang Cheng, VP of Lenovo Group, had posted about the Lenovo Z6 Pro with the hashtag ‘亿级像素’ which translates to billion pixels or 100 MP. This would be new territory for smartphone cameras.

It could even come with Hyper Videographing capabilities as the above image suggests. So, when Nokia 9 has come out with Penta-lens, Oppo and Huawei are touting the zooming prowess of 5X and 10X periscope lens, Lenovo aims to enter new territory with 100MP cameras.
