Lenovo Set To Launch Big Battery Motorola Moto C Plus In India

Get ready to witness third Motorola Smartphone this month. Yes, Lenovo’s smartphone arm- Motorola is all set to launch the Moto C Plus in India on June 19. The C Plus has been already introduced in the US and is now all set to land in India. The news was confirmed by Moto via social media posts. The Moto C Plus will exclusively retail on Flipkart. Price details are yet to be revealed.

Motorola, used its official Twitter and Facebook handle to post: “Yes, it’ll give you the latest, clean and customizable smartphone experience. Yes, it’s THAT cool! #MotoCPlus #ComingSoon.”

It’s not the first time Motorola has tweeted about Moto C Plus. In fact, the company has been engaging consumers in a teaser campaign for quite a while.  The latest tweet reveals that the upcoming phone boasts of an excellent battery that can last up to 30 hours. The Moto C Plus specifications are no secret. It comes with a 5-inch display with 720×1280 pixels resolution. For performance, it relies on 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6737 chipset which is mated to 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. For shutterbugs, the Moto C Plus houses an 8-megapixel primary camera with f/2.2 aperture, autofocus, and a LED flash. For selfies, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

The phone is backed by a 4000mAh battery and it runs on Android Marshmallow. We expect, Lenovo to price this device slightly higher than existing Moto C. It could be priced a tad below Rs. 8,000 mark.
