Hi Saurabh, we are not facing these issues on our unit. But Yes, there are a few complaints that we have come across.
I faced issues with mic in the first time but got it replaced from flipkart immediately. The second handset is working fine.
VoLTE seems to be not working in my mobile. It works only through Jio voice. What should I do to resolve this
Bhupalan, I believe there’s a software update pending on your device. To update your phone, go to settings and check software update under phones setting. Update your phone once update process is done you will be able to use VoLTE service on your phone.

The phone dual SIM 4G, so you can’t use 4G on both connections simultaneously. Since Jio only works on 4G network, what you can go is Select GSM/WCDMA network for Airtel network and Select 4G/LTE network for your JIO SIM.

You don’t have to activate VoLTE, what you need is a 4G VoLTE SIM card. As far as Video calls are concerned, Video call option is not available on K6 Power as of now. However, we expect Lenovo to offer it with a OTA update in the near future. Though you can still make video calls using applications like Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Google Duo and others.

That might not be a serious issue. All phones heat up with gaming, and if you can please check the temperature. Anything around 40 to 43 is normal. If it’s within replacement window, you can get it replaced too.

1.The front camera selfies seems zoomed one. Incase of wide angle selifes any option for that except the selfie stick.
2.Also as it doesnt support the OIS, EIS does it ruin the instant Wow selfies.
