Karbonn Quattro L52 VR And Titanium Mach Six With Bundled VR Kit Launched In India

Indian Smartphone manufacturer Karbonn has launched – the Quattro L52 VR and Titanium Mach Six in India both the phones are priced at Rs. 8,790 and Rs. 7,490 respectively. These new smartphone comes bundled with company’s new VR headset to take advantage of virtual reality technology.

The headset is made out of ABS plastic fiber and to deliver an immersive experience, it comes fitted with bi-convex lenses for theater like life-like experience. As per the manufacturer, both the devices are loaded with VR apps which will allow customers to curate new VR content for their own. A couple of months back, Lenovo with K4 Note introduced its own VR kit with new ‘Theatermax’ technology to offer an immersive experience to its customers.

In terms of specification, The Karbonn Quattro L52 VR sports a 5-inch display with 2.5D curved glass and 720x1280pixel resolution. At the heart of it lies a 1.3GHz dual-core chipset accompanied with 2GB of RAM and 16GB ROM. It also supports microSD card up to 32GB in the media expansion slot. The phone comes fitted with an 8-megapixel rear snapper with Sony sensor, and 5-megapixel front camera. To deliver a superfast internet browsing experience, it supports India specific 4G bands. The phone is packed with a 2250mAh battery and weighs 143 grams in total. The phone will be available in Champagne and White colors.

On the other hand, Karbonn Titanium Mach Six flaunts a large 6-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display, and is powered by a quad-core (unspecified) chipset ticking at 1.3GHz. Like Karbonn Quattro, it too comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). In comparison to Quattro, it has an extra-large 3300mAh battery. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop-based OS and sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 3.2-megapixel front camera. It terms of connectivity options it supports dual-SIM and 3G.
