To keep up with the snowballing competition, Lenovo will be adding a new 4GB RAM variant of its compact big battery phone, Lenovo K6 Power, in India. The new Lenovo K6 Power with 4GB RAM will retail on Flipkart starting Tuesday, January 31 for 10,999 (i.e. 1,000 INR more than the 3GB RAM variant).
Other hardware remains same. We recently reviewed the Lenovo K6 Power and concluded that it is indeed an admirable multimedia-centric phone that offers a long lasting battery, albeit chunky and boring design, and should be a good option for anyone who is looking for a compact phone and is on a tight budget.
The 1GB extra RAM will sure give K6 Power some bragging rights, but that shouldn’t translate into any significant performance gain considering the targeted audience.
