Jio rolls out two new prepaid plans including Rs 349 and Rs 899

While the telco giants in India are busy setting up their 5G networks, Jio is on another kind of spree. Not only is the telco winning the 5G setup race, but also it is offering new prepaid plans for the 4G customers. Recently, Jio has launched two new plans, including Rs 899 and Rs 349, that come bundled up with benefits like JioSecurity, JioCloud, JioTV, and JioCinema. Both plans also offer 90 days of validity along with unlimited voice calls, 2.5GB of data per day, and a lot more.

Both the plans by Jio are available on the MyJio application and can be purchased from there. In a piece of parallel news, Jio has also promised to roll out a 5G network across the whole country. Further in this article, we will talk about the details of both the high-end and low-end prepaid plans.

Jio Rs 899 plan and Rs 349 plan details

The Rs 899 plan of Jio offers unlimited voice to any and every network, along with 100 SMS and 2.5GB of data per day. The plan offers a validity of 90 days which means that, in total, anyone who purchases the plan will get 225GB of data. On top of that, the plan also provides access to JioCloud, JioCinema, and JioTV. Once the data limit has been exhausted, the net will work at a pace of 64Kbps. With this plan, the users will also be welcomed to the 5G welcome offer, under which they can use the 5G network of Jio if the same is available in their region.

Talking about the low-end Rs 349 plan, it offers 2.5GB of data per day, unlimited voice calling to any network, and 10 SMS per day with a validity of 30 days. The total amount of data offered with the plan is around 75GB. That said, the customers will also get access to JioCloud, JioSecurity, JioCinema, and JioTV. The best part is that Jio also offers a 5G welcome offer with the entry-level plan.
